Management), accessible through Cnet, our Web-based portal, provides
customers with the ability to record, update, and obtain the status
of their Invera assistance requests. All follow-up issues are recorded
to track the progress of the call and its status. Customers also have
the ability to send e-mail to the analyst assigned to the call, directly
through eCIM. |
